Very responsive, friendly and helpful- great location. Spacious room. Private bathroom located outside. Bring your own Toiletries as not much is provided. Note that there is an added tourist tax which is not mentioned. Thank you Caterina for your assistance.

Incredible rooms that are beautifully furnished, making you feel like the main characters in a 1920s romance. All this for a very good price and conveniently located. Hassle-free self check-in, great kitchen, very basic breakfast. Don't let the rundown exterior scare you off, this is an amazing place to stay in Lisbon, especially for couples.

One of the best Bnb I stayed in my life . And property run by a really passionate man who is serious about business - Pedro Positives - Excellent location - Old town and major attractions just 10 mins walk away . Tram 28 stop 200 meters away and funicular 5 mins walk away :) . On top of that lot of good restaurants and super markets near by (Pedro gave me some suggestions as well) Excellent spacious room with a very comfy bed - for other cities you might need to pay more than double the money for same room and bed :) . Excellent kitchen with all necessary utensils Excellent break fast - Eggs , freshly braked croissants (one of the best I had :) ) , bread , cheese butter , almost 7-8 types of Jam , fresh fruits and freshly pressed orange juice , tea coffe. For this price I doubt you get this decent breakfast(what ever he was provided was high quality) else where. Note :- After SO-SO experience in Barcelona , This apartment takes the quality of our vacation really to next level .Thank you so much Pedro :)

We spend 5 nights in the Asul B&B. everything was great! Before the arrival Pedro organised the picking up from the airport which was highly appreciated as we landed at 23h in the evening. He also brought us back to the airport on the departure day. we had a family room which was very big and nicely decorated.we appreciated also the to have our own Bathroom. Also nice view on the river. the breakfast was good with fresh orange juice. the location was perfect, 15 min walk to the main shopping street and all around nice little restaurant for diner. also during all the stay Pedro sent us links for places to visit, to eat... I really recommend this place! thanks Pedro for everything!

Asul is a short walk from Cais do Sodré, so well located in central Lisbon. It is accessed up some steps off Rua Boavista. This b&b is thoughtfully well appointed and managed. Comfortable good sized rooms with roomy bathrooms. The owner Pedro is a most considerate host and is readily available by mobile or WhatsApp. A standout breakfast can be expected. All cold fare but a good selection of cereals but the freshly pressed OJ sets it apart, not to mention the delightfully fresh croissants and rolls accompanied by homemade jams and conserves. Thankfully no commercial coffee machines to disappoint. Will return. Can thoroughly recommend.
